Miami, FL — May 24, 2012 — Miss Ink, LLC is thrilled to annonce the launch a new series of social media training workshops in Miami.  Under the theme, “Ban Social Media Overwhelm” the workshops aim to replace confusing workshops that throw information at attendees with workshops that make social media simple by breaking it down into steps. “The number one complaint I hear from people is that social media is overwhelming. It scares them away and they wind up putting social media marketing on the back burner,” says Misty Buck, president and CEO of Miss Ink, LLC. “I wanted to create a series of training workshops that remove that fear by breaking down social media with explanations that are easy to understand and yet concise enough to fit into the busy professional’s schedule.” One such workshop is the “Social Media Crash Course,” which promises that each attendee will walk away with a plan that they can implement that same day. The intense two and a half hour workshop begins with a lesson on better social media marketing in three steps and continues with an in-depth look at the major social networks including recent statistics on who is using the sites and the unique tools that each one offers.  Partipants are then given an opportunity to use this information to create their own customized plan in a worksheet that they can take with them. “The idea of the Social Media Crash Course is to fill that ‘now what’ void,” continues Buck. “My goal is that each person leaves the workshop feeling confident with a new plan that they can begin using immediately.” Additional workshops include 101 and 201 levels of Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. There is even a workshop on the hottest social networks so that everyone has an opportunity to learn about what is going on in the social media industry and if it’s worth their investment to add any of the new networks into their marketing efforts.
