5 Reasons Google+ is a Powerful Tool For Your Business
Often scoffed for being the least popular of the social media channels, Google+’s user count may pale in comparison to Facebook and Snapchat’s, but the runt of the litter actually offers advantageous marketing potential for your business. Here’s why.

SEO benefits

Remember Google is the search engine giant. Google ranks content from its own social media platform higher than others in optimization, which means having a Google+ account increases your chances of showing up on Google search results. It’s easier to create a community with similar interests and generate a loyal following on Google+. The social media platform is largely interest-driven which makes it easier for people in your niche to find you – ultimately connecting you to the audience of your dreams. You can share your content to your circles or to the public, and you can even choose the number of people you share your posts with by adding their names into Google’s share box.

Local Attention

Whenever you search for a product or business on Google, you’ll notice Google gathers a list of nearby businesses and bumps them to the top of the search results page. This is known as the “local search carousel,” and Google considers the number of followers and the number of client reviews on your Google+ Business page for placement. Xanax
